Parents and the Federation raise money every year for trips, books and equipment. None of it goes on the fabric of the buildings, because that has always been the Foundation's job, paid for out of an endowment given in 1605.
A condition survey identifies around £240,000 of work over ten years, before anything is spent on the school roof. The endowment will not cover it.

Fill in the form below first and we will give you a reference to put on the transfer. That is how the Treasurer knows the money is yours, and it is what makes a Gift Aid claim possible. If you would rather not, use your surname as the reference and tell us separately — but without a name and address we cannot reclaim the tax.
Nobody will know what you gave. Only the Honorary Treasurer sees who gave what, and HM Revenue and Customs for a Gift Aid claim. The accounts show totals and the minutes show nothing.
The trustees would be glad to hear from anyone thinking of leaving something to the Foundation. A gift in a will is free of inheritance tax and, in a charity of this size, lasts a very long time. Write to the trustees.
